We happily ship across India! Delivery times will vary depending on your location after we send your order from our warehouse. A shipping fee will be added to every purchase.
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value, size, weight and where it’s being shipped to.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by reasons beyond our control.
If you enter the wrong shipping details (like name, address, or contact number) and your order can’t be delivered, you’ll be responsible for the extra cost to resend it, and the delivery time will be longer.We usually aim to have everything in stock, but if an item you order is unavailable, we’ll let you know within 2 working days and give you a full refund for that item.
We can only ship to one address per order. If you want to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible if your order doesn’t arrive because of a P.O. Box in the address.
Our delivery partners will try to deliver your package 3 times. After that, they’ll contact us if it’s undeliverable.

At SWAAS, each bridal trousseau item is carefully prepared and often customized specifically for you once your order is finalized. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns, cancellations after 5 days of order confirmation, or exchanges on any items.
The final decision regarding any exceptions to this policy rests with SWAAS.
